INTERNET LAW
We define the concept of “Internet law” as a set of issues directly associated with two main profiles of activities: obtaining and publishing content and selling goods and services. Legal regulations fail to keep up with online business development, and therefore they often set obstacles for no apparent reason. This is why it is our task to inform the client about all risks and take actions aimed at their mitigation.

- We develop rules and regulations for collecting or using content and resources published on websites
- We prepare contracts for cloud computing services
- We develop copyright management solutions for firms which obtain content from various sources and make it available on their websites
- We prepare comprehensive legal regulations for online stores and service providers, addressing the issues of e-services, contracts concluded remotely, consumer law, personal data protection etc.

- Comprehensive legal assistance provided to one of the biggest Polish web portals
- Development of legal regulations for an Internet radio
- Preparing a contract template for telecommunication services provided in the cloud computing formula
- Development of rules and regulations for a number of online stores
