Olgierd Porębski

Olgierd has also participated in the works of the statutory bodies of a number of other industry organizations (e.g. Związek Kontroli Dystrybucji Prasy (the Press Circulation Control Association), or Polskie Badania Internetu (the Polish Internet Audit)), taking part in development of their internal regulations. He is the president of the Polish Crowdfunding Association and an expert on the legal and business issues associated with crowdfunding.

Agnieszka Warmuzińska

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia. As part of the grant, she studied in the Faculty of Law of the University of Bologna. She defended her master’s thesis entitled “Fashion law and intellectual property law” at the Department of Civil Law and Private International Law under the supervision of prof Wojciech Kowalski, for which she received the award of the Minister of Science and Higher Education.

She specializes in intellectual property law (in particular, copyright and trademark law). In addition, she deals with banking law issues with an emphasis on payment services regulations, also from a procedural perspective.

Paweł Bernatowicz

A fifth year student of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.

Paweł is interested in intellectual property law, including in particular copyrights to film productions. He supports our lawyers in providing legal advice to entities from the film and IT industries in the areas including competition law, personal rights protection and commercial law. He wants to promote alternative methods of dispute resolution.

He represented the University of Warsaw at the 16th ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition and organized the third edition of the Warsaw High School Moot Court competition.

He is fluent in English.
