COURT AND ARBITRATION PROCEEDINGS
A court dispute between business entities rarely benefits anyone and usually is a consequence of a failure of negotiations or brutal actions on the part of one of the parties without any respect for the rights of the other party. We never advise our clients to sue their opponents before other ways of reaching an agreement have been exhausted, since the outcome of legal proceedings is always uncertain due to the fact that judges are only human. On the other hand, we must admit that we love complex court cases, which give professional lawyers a great opportunity to show off. Our team has been successful in lots of very difficult cases.
We act on behalf of our clients before civil courts, labour courts, administrative courts and courts of arbitration. We offer representation in criminal cases, as long as they are related to the business activities of our clients.
