​EXPERT SERVICES
We act as an expert for the Polish Chamber of e-Commerce, an organization supporting the interests of entrepreneurs engaged in e-business. This, along with our cooperation with a number of companies engaged in e-commerce, the provision of on-line services (including the services for e-commerce) and e-medicine, helps us to build our experience and expertise. Through contact with the leaders of Polish e-commerce and e-services, we gain a thorough understanding of the challenges facing this industry and get to know its most complex problems, so that finally, in cooperation with the best specialists in various fields, we are able to find the most interesting solutions . Moreover, our firm has prepared opinions on a number of legal acts for the e-Chamber as part of the social consultation process and represented it at the parliamentary committee meetings, as well as at meetings at the ministries and other government institutions discussing planned changes to the law.

The firm’s managing partner, Olgierd Porębski, attorney-at-law, is the President of the e-Chamber’s disciplinary panel and a permanent member of the legislative group within the organization.

As experts for the Polish Chamber of e-Commerce (an organization that brings together the entrepreneurs operating in the e-commerce sector), we have participated in a number of workshops on planned changes to the European personal data protection regulations. In cooperation with the “Lewiatan” Confederation, we have developed several models illustrating the consequences of the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation.

We cooperate with the Polish Chamber of Automotive Industry, in particular in the area of education; we also perform analyses and provide advice on legislative changes.

We take part in the promotion and development of crowdfunding, in particular through the Polish Crowdfunding Association, advising both crowdfunding platforms and entities which seek funding.
